Mr. Somsuk Phoungnak is the firm’s Partner and oversees the overall functioning of the legal practice. He graduated from Thammasat University and Ramkhamkeang University at the same time.
He has much experience in a wide variety of court cases such as Civil and Commercial, Criminal, Labour, Bankruptcy, Tax, Intellectual Property, International Trade and Administrative, including representing clients in arbitration proceedings.
With an impressive background covering over 20 years of private business and legal practice experience, Mr. Phoungnak is able to provide direction for the firm's practice and oversee day-to-day operations of the network's team of lawyers and support staff.
Mr. Doyle is an experienced business counsellor and advisor. Mike is a U.S. attorney and partner who has practiced in Thailand since 1996. He is co-author and contributing editor of the recently released book Doyle’s Practical Guide to Business Law in Emerging Countries in Asia and Doyle’s Practical Guide to Thailand Business Law 3rd Edition.
Mr. Doyle has represented hundreds of foreign investors in Thailand establishing subsidiaries, sales offices, representative offices, factories and joint ventures.
As he is fluent in both spoken and written Thai, and is very well known in Thai circles, he has represented many foreign investors in negotiating and disputes with Thai companies.
Mr. Tirachusak graduated with his LL.B. from Thammasat University in 1990. He is able to discuss key legal issues such as arbitration, property law, international law, commercial law, criminal law and labour law.
In 1992 he worked as an Execution Officer at the Legal Execution Department. With an impressive background covering over 20 years of private business and legal practice experience, he has much valued knowledge concerning various aspects of law.
At M & S Law Office 2006 , Ms. Kiatserikul represents corporations, individuals, financial and institutional clients on a broad range of corporate, finance and securities transactions, commercial issues and taxation.
Ms. Kiatserikul is an expert in financial matters and has worked on initial public offerings, securities offerings, corporate restructurings, asset acquisitions, and a wide range of corporate governance matters. She serves as corporate secretary to a wide range of companies and help boards with their planning processes.
Mr. Nagadatta received his LL.B. from Thammasat University in 2001, his first LL.M. from the University of Sheffield, England in 2002 and his second LL.M. from Tulane University, New Orleans in 2003. His course work included EU Law, Intellectual Property Law, and Entertainment Law.
After completing his international studies, Mr. Nagadatta gained valuable experience working with a well - reputed US. entertainment companies. Initially he worked as a law clerk at Intellectual Property Worldwide (IPWW) in Los Angeles. IPWW is a lawyer-owned company that represents more than 200 entertainment properties and produces movies through its own production department. Subsequently, Mr. Nagadatta joined the legal team at ESI Network, a leading talent management company in Los Angeles.
Mr. Nagadatta received his LL.B. in 1988 from Thammasat University. He holds a lawyer’s license and has been a member of the Law Society of Thailand since 1992.
Mr. Nagadatta began his career as a credit official with Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited and became a litigator before leaving the bank in early 2007.
Miss Jomsri graduated with an LL.B. from University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce in 2004 and a Master of Laws (International Law) from Thammasat University in 2008.
In 2007, Miss Jomsri began her career as an assistant researcher to the professor in Faculty of Law, Thammasat University and then as a senior lawyer with Advanced Research Group focusing on the commercial law. She joined Seri Manop & Doyle in 2012 and her work focuses on corporate, commercial, employment law.
Miss Sam-Arng graduated and received her LL.B. from Thammasat University in 2006. She holds a lawyer’s license and is also a member of the Law Society of Thailand and the Thai Bar Association.
Chulaporn is an experienced lawyer who has represented a diverse group of clients in both civil and criminal matters.
Her experience has included advising clients in matters relating to business law and arbitration.
She has had considerable experience liaising with foreign firms and their lawyers particularly regarding international law issues.
She has dealt with UK probate and estate administration and many other aspects relating to the needs of clients in Thailand and their issues in other countries.
